Our client is a €multi-billion European financial services, technology and manufacturing group. They have recently created a new specialist financial services division in the Frankfurt area with around 150 professional staff.

They are now seeking to appoint a dynamic **Head of HR** to be based (hybrid) at their FFM location.
- Reporting to the General Manager and leading a small team, your responsibilities will include:_
- Providing an innovative and efficient business partner service to the c. 150 staff across 2 sites in Germany
- Being a first point of contact for colleagues and management
- A mix of strategic and operational HR topics
- Rolling out global initiatives locally
- Designing and implementing smaller site or country specific initiatives
- Dealing with a range of day-to-day HR topics including recruitment, employment offers, onboarding, disciplinaries etc.
- Acting as a main point of contact for the works council
- To succeed in this exciting role, you will require:_
- A solid degree qualification
- At least 5 years' HR experience in a generalist role
- You will have a solid understanding of all core HR topics and will be used to working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- The role is very varied and offers the opportunity to work on highly strategic topics in addition to the day-to-day HR operation.
- The staff and management are highly international, so fluent English AND German are a must. A third language is also desirable.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to deal with changing priorities in a matrix organisation are also required.
