We are looking for an **Operations Performance Specialist** to join the Operations Performance team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Delivery Hero, Pandora consists of 18 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.

This role is a part of the regional Q Commerce team and is responsible for the growth, efficiency and profitability of local shops like supermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, health & wellness, etc. in 18 countries. In the role you will work closely with the local country teams and regional leadership as a key driver in the last mile delivery & operational performance for the business. Your role will involve regular deep dives into our on-ground as well as product operations, and act as a performance analyst for the team

**Your mission**:

- You will monitor and challenge the business’s operational performance, and highlight ways to improve it with supporting analysis
- You will prepare insights and recommendations for monthly performance calls involving key decision makers, including local and regional leadership
- You will help set targets for local management teams in Pandora’s 18 markets and subsequently assist them in achieving those
- You will work with multiple sources of data to identify gaps and propose solutions accordingly
- You will support the team with ad hoc reports and data requests

**Your heroic skills**:

- Analytical mindset and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to take actions based on findings
- You enjoy solving complex data problems, have a high attention to detail, and a problem solving ability
- Excellent analytical skills, including working knowledge of analytics tools (SQL, Data Studio, Tableau)
- Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, diverse & fast-paced environment
- Creative storyteller who enjoys making powerpoint decks from data insights
