**Wir suchen Dich als Driver Operations Associate**, wenn Du Dich von Herausforderungen nicht abschrecken lässt, Neues ausprobiert und gemeinsam mit dem Team von Lalamove Geschichte schreiben möchte. Wir suchen energiegeladene, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeiten wie Dich, die die Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen unserer Fahrerinnen verstehen, um langfristige Partnerschaften mit unserer Flotte aufzubauen und unsere Marktführerschaft im Bereich Last-Mile
- und On-Demand-Lieferungen weiter auszubauen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Teams für Markteinführungen entwickelst du Strategien und Prozesse, um neue Fahrer*innen zu gewinnen
- Aufbau und Pflege einer aktiven, engagierten Community von Fahrer*innen
- Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit von Lalamove durch mehr gebrandete Fahrzeuge
- Tägliches Reporting an die Fachabteilungen von Lalamove in Hongkong - immer mit höchster Integrität
- Enge Abstimmung mit lokalen Teams bei der Umsetzung neuer Initiativen
- Übertreffen deiner individuellen sowie der Teamziele und KPIs

**Das bringst du mit**:
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vertriebs
- oder kundenorientierten Rolle
- Starke mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in **Deutsch** und **Englisch**:

- Die Fähigkeit, auf allen Ebenen der Organisation glaubwürdig und überzeugend zu kommunizieren und zu präsentieren
- Motivation, neue Prozesse von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung voranzutreiben
- Eine positive, leidenschaftliche und proaktive Haltung, Eigeninitiative sowie ein Auge fürs Detail
- Datenorientiertes Arbeiten und Erfahrung mit Tools wie Excel oder Google Sheets
