**Sales for institutional clients (M/F/x)**

**Your tasks**
- You are responsible for cross-selling the full range of products we offer at Baader Bank.
- You acquire new clients and actively contribute to the growth of our client base.
- You build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients, acting as their trusted partner.
- You organize and execute client roadshows to showcase our solutions and expertise.

**Your profile**
- You have successfully completed a university degree.
- You bring experience with financial products, ideally including ETFs, equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
- Your trading knowledge allows you to navigate financial markets confidently.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are among your strengths.
- You have a proven track record in sales and building lasting client relationships.
- Cold calling doesn’t intimidate you - it’s an opportunity to connect and grow the client base.
- You are dynamic, entrepreneurial, and always keep the client’s needs in focus.
- As a self-starter, you are organized and driven to achieve success.
- Fluent English skills complete your profile.
