**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the finance function as the first and most senior hire, reporting directly to the founding team
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Set up scalable accounting, payroll, and reporting processes
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide decision-making and capital allocation
- Deliver clear financial reporting and dashboards, track KPIs, and help the leadership team stay focused on the company’s biggest growth levers

**What we’re looking for**:

- 4+ years of experience in finance, including time spent in tier-1 startups, private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or consulting
- Meticulous attention to detail and high standards for accuracy+

**Bonus Points**:

- CPA or CFA certification
- Experience with SaaS or other recurring-revenue business models
- Experience managing international finance and multi-entity structures
- Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
- Experience building and scaling the Finance function from the ground up in a startup environment
