Working Student: Digital Project Management in Engineering and Customer Service

**Expand your horizons**: You support us in project management tasks for small and mid-sized software or data science developments. In addition, you will support the implementation of solutions such as low-code based tools
- **Use your skills**: You will have the option not only to drive project management, also to help our data scientists during data preparation and data visualization tasks
- **Take responsibility**: You will support our team with team retros and weekly stand-ups, and will have the chance to drive small projects yourself

**Your Profile**
- **Study field**: You are currently studying project management, business administration, computer science, information technology, data science, industrial engineering or similar
- **Project management**: Demonstrate your understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall), and tools. Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence is a plus. From time-to-time you will need to show your PowerPoint skills as well
- **Digital knowledge**: You show familiarity with digital technologies, software development, and process design, and bring some previous knowledge in OutSystems or another low-code platform. Experience with common programming languages like Python or R, database languages, like SQL or Tableau is a plus
- **Way of working**: You enjoy working in a team and are self-driven and solution-oriented
- **Personality**: You are a good communicator, quick learner and have a good analytical mindset
- **Language skills**: You have fluent English skills. German is a plus
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
