Working Student: Project Management Office

**Teamwork is dreamwork**:You will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team for design flow development
- **Focus on the future**:You work on automation tasks for parts of the design flow
- **Take responsibility**:You support the whole development team in communicating towards stakeholders, organizing meetings, marketing the development activities internally
- **Project Management**:You support the planning and tracking of projects
- **Be creative**:You create presentations and documentations and update intranet pages
- **Thorough planning**:You organize, support and participate in events and workshops
- **Data is everything**:You analyze data with tools such as Excel and Tableau

**Your Profile**
- **Study field**: You are engaged in a Bachelor or master’s in electrical engineering, information Technology, Data Science or similar
- **Personality**: You enjoy engaging with a diverse set of tasks and you like to work independently as well as in a team
- **Way of working**:You demonstrate a reliable and self-organized working-style and have an eye for details
- **Skills**:You are familiar with or eager to learn tools such as Excel, Confluence and Tableau
- **Experience**:Ideally you gained some previous experience in programming and in Linux beneficial
- **Language skills**: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
