As Knowledge Management Working Student (f/m/d), you will support our Knowledge & Productivity team in organizing, documenting, and sharing information across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in knowledge management and contribute to the improvement of our internal knowledge sharing processes.

**What you are responsible for**
- Assist in the development and implementation of knowledge management projects
- Organize and maintain knowledge repositories, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible
- Support the creation and maintenance of knowledge management tools such as databases, training material, learning journeys, wikis, and intranet portals
- Monitor and analyze knowledge management metrics to measure the effectiveness of knowledge sharing initiatives
- Conduct research and gather information on Knowledge Management to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them
- Analyze existing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company standards in case of major changes

**What you are good at**
- Currently enrolled as a full time student in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Science, or a related discipline)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other knowledge management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong appetite for learning and adapting to new digital tools, actively seeking opportunities to enhance knowledge in technology-driven environments
- Awareness of creating SharePoint intranet pages is a plus
- Prior experience in knowledge management or related fields is a plus
