In Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklungsgruppen in München und Dresden entwickeln wir in Dresden Technologien für Electric Drive Train IGBTs auf 300mm zur Anwendung in Elektrofahrzeugen. In der beschriebenen Position suchen wir einen Nachfolger (w/m/div) für die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Technologieentwicklungsgruppe.
Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u. a.:
- Die **Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der EDT Technologieentwicklungsgruppe verantworten**:
- Die **Technologieentwicklung für das Projektportfolio der Business Unit gewährleisten **und dabei Entwicklungsaufwände am Standort planen und abstimmen.
- **Schnittstellen zu anderen relevanten Infineon Entwicklungsgruppen organisieren **und optimieren
- **Die Entwicklung stabiler Technologien und Produkte sicherstellen **und dabei ein geeignetes Risikomanagement implementieren
Als Führungskraft setzen Sie sich mit großem Engagement für die Ergebnisse des Unternehmens und Ihres Bereiches ein. Sie verstehen es, Ihr Team zu begeistern und zu Spitzenleistungen zu motivieren. Darüber hinaus vermeiden Sie Probleme und Fehler durch eine vorausschauende Planung und arbeiten kontinuierlich daran, Dinge besser, schneller und effizienter zu machen. Dabei geben Sie neue Impulse und Denkanstöße für die Auseinandersetzung mit Problemen.
Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie:
- Ein abgeschlossenes **Studium im Bereich Physik, Elektrotechnik **oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang vorweisen können
- Über **mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von technischen Teams sowie in der Projektleitung verfügen**:
- Darüber hinaus **einschlägige Kenntnisse in der Halbleitertechnologie **mitbringen
- Sicher in **Deutsch und Englisch **kommunizieren können
