**This position is located in Crolles, France.**

**Introduction**

As Director of Integration and Yield Engineering you will lead the Technology Integration and Yield engineering team within Technology & Integration organization in Crolles. Within this role you will report to the Deputy General Manager in Crolles.

**Your job**
- You will be responsible for managing a platform technology integration team within GLOBALFOUNDRIES' state-of-the-art 300 mm wafer fab in Crolles, France.
- 10-15 direct reports, including program managers and lead integrators.
- Responsible for personnel development, people management, and leadership development.
- Plan and manage the execution for complex semiconductor engineering development programs.
- Plan and manage the transfer of technology from GF F1 to Crolles. Enabling a successful high volume ramp.
- Manage the overall program schedule, resource allocation and alignment of program Milestone deliverables.
- Ensure seamless transition from development phase into production as well as technology transfer project management from fab to fab.
- Qualification, safe launch and Ramp management of key customer programs.
- Communicate effectively within GLOBALFOUNDRIES global team as well as with customers within technical and executive forums.

**Required Qualifications**
- Masters/ Diploma degree in Engineering or Science ( e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Materials).
- Solid working knowledge of modern CMOS process integration.
- Team player with good oral and written communication skills in English are required.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
- Track record in Technology Development and/or program management of complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
- Experience in “More than Moore” development efforts like Bipolar CMOS-DMOS (BCD), High-Voltage or Embedded Memory is a plus.
- Technology Transfer knowledge is required.
- Fluent in English Language - written & verbal

**Preferred Qualifications**
- PhD in Engineering or Science ( e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Materials)
- Experience in “More than Moore” development efforts like Bipolar CMOS-DMOS (BCD), High-Voltage or Embedded Memory.
- Exposure to semiconductor volume manufacturing methods, statistical methods, FMEA/8D Methodology, external customer & multicultural working environment is beneficial.
- Project Management Certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP ).
- Fluent in French Language - written & verbal
- Proficiency in German language
