Do you enjoy putting seminar content directly into practice and thereby actively shaping the future of companies? With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at the Steinbeis University, you can do both: During your two-year job integrated master's degree, you will be assigned to companies or organizations and implement one or more beneficial projects for them. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.

Your Tasks
You will learn IFRS, Solvency II, local GAAP and tax-related issue resolution within the insurance area and corresponding accounting/reporting
You participate in closing process, presentations and preparation of closing relevant data
You will do project work as representative of GITC
You collaborate with key stakeholders including from other functions and regions; Support Interface to Group accounting, external auditors and regulator
You continuously improve of the insurance technical data quality and reconciliation sustainability between systems and ledgers

Your Profile
You have a degree in business, economics, mathematics, or similar
You possess strong IT-related skills, at least MS Office skills (esp. PowerPoint and Excel) and MS Teams
You show a proactive attitude and ownership, results-oriented thinking, global mindset
You bring very good organizational skills and ideally first experience in Accounting or IT
You have excellent writing and verbal Skills in English, good German and/or French skills are a plus
