**Job Description**:
**WHAT WE DO IN AGILE COACHING / SCRUM MASTER**

We bear the organizational and methodological responsibility for a cross-functional team together with the colleagues as Scrum Master/Agile Coach. We organize and moderate Scrum meetings and support the team in meeting the sprint goals by proactively removing obstacles. It’s important to identify weaknesses and constantly look for ways to improve the team's performance. Furthermore we advise the product owner in the development of the product vision, stories and in the maintenance of the backlog. We act as a process optimizer, mediator and impediment killer and actively work on strengthening the self-organization and ownership of the team. Acting as a team with the other Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters to drive improvements across the organization is essential.

**Qualifications**:
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS**
- Already gained several years of practical experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
- A strong communication, a good moderation and coaching skills to clarify professional, methodological and technical issues
- A powerful solution orientation and the willingness to always find new and creative approaches
- Ideally have experience in project management and/or product management, software development or quality management
- A open mind and enjoys tasks in change management and organizational development
- A will to create the next generation of our successful products with us and use all the knowledge and skills in the process
- A high technical standard and willing to share knowledge with colleagues
- A very good command of English
