Staff Specialist Quality Management

In your new role you will:

- **Monitor the quality of specific MEMS sensor products **along their lifecycle in the **automotive business line Sense and Control MEMS**:

- **Facilitate the release of sensor products by providing the **necessary qualification according to automotive and functional safety standards **e.g. AECQ100, ISO26262**:

- **Ensure the **process compliance **along the complete lifecycle of the product with regard to the defined quality assurance and quality standards and processes**:

- **Create, execute, plan and compile the qualification results **in order to meet project deadlines and costs**:

- **Support functional safety audit and assessment preparation **and the interface to production in terms of functional safety specific discussions**:

- **Work hand-in-hand with various groups of the business unit **as well as with our production sites**

In order to reach best results, you thereby cooperate across boundaries, recognize and use your colleague’s different areas of expertise and align their different points of view.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Electrical Engineering **, **Physics **or a comparable technical field
- At least **3-5 years of relevant work experience **in the field of **quality management **and/or **R&D Frontend or Backend**:

- ideally within the semiconductor industry
- Experience in working with **quality methods **(e.g. **FMEA, 8D, 3x5why, APQP) **as well as **package reliability improvements**:

- **Basic knowledge of the automotive standards such as **AEC Q100/103 and ISO 26262**:

- **Good **communication, moderation and negotiation skills **as well as a strong interest to work within a **multicultural team**:

- **Fluent **English language skills **as well as **basic German **language skills **and/or a strong willingness to improve them**
