OverviewJob Description (EN):We are looking for a Quality Manager / HACCP Specialist to join our team in Munich.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Food Safety and HACCP protocols in our kitchen operations.You will perform daily on-site quality checks, verifying hygiene, recipe compliance, ingredient balance, and allergen management.
