Sportradar has entered an era of exciting business growth and, as such, we are hiring a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner who will define and execute against our hiring plans and expansion of our Betting & Gaming division.
Our Talent Acquisition team is a fun, global and diverse multilingual group of recruiters who are passionate about attracting and hiring the right people for a fast-growing global business.

THE CHALLENGE:
- Become the trusted TA Partner for our Betting & Gaming Division (split among multiple locations)- Responsible for nurturing the relationship & engagement with Betting & Gaming’s senior leadership & local leadership- Hands on delivery-focused hiring across Tech & Product- Take ownership of the full life-cycle hiring process- Localized process implementation and team training- Building a data driven approach to recruiting and aligning this globally- Support Employer Branding initiatives
YOUR PROFILE:
- Previous experience working within a Talent Acquisition function owning full-life cycle recruitment at all levels across Tech & Product- Fluency in German & English- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and most importantly positive attitude and high energy- Culturally sensitive and aware-we're proudly multinational and our strength comes from the ability to leverage this diversity- Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior management- Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced environment across multiple time zones
