They are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join their Sustainability Team as a Sustainability Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sustainability initiatives within their European corporate structure.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Assist the Sustainability Team Leader in managing and organizing the sustainability program.
- Collaborate with the team to create and monitor the implementation of environmental and sustainability policies, standards, procedures, regulations, and legislation.
- Take responsibility for the preparation and coordination of sustainability reporting in accordance with CSRD and EU Taxonomy requirements.
- Develop metrics and implement reporting lines to ensure accurate and transparent reporting.
- Assist in the evaluation and certification of the sustainability program, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Support various projects and business developments in sustainability, including areas such as climate change, circular economy, biodiversity, and natural capital.
- Conduct relevant training within our European network to expand and consolidate in-house knowledge of business developments in sustainability.
- Assist the sustainability team in all audit-related activities, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and regulations.
**Ihre Qualifikationen**:
- University degree in sustainability management, economics, natural sciences, or related fields.
- Ability to structure, prioritize, plan, and problem-solve large and complex tasks.
- Fundamental interest in dealing with legal issues.
- Experience with the requirements and standards of sustainability reporting in an international organization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate complex information.
- Very good communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
- German language skills are advantageous.
- Enjoy working in an international team, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive attitude.
