**Your Role**:
- Perform maintenance and repair work on premium vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using advanced tools and techniques
- Carry out custom modifications and retrofits as required
**Requirements**:
- A completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechanic or mechatronics technician
- A detail-oriented, independent, and reliable approach to work
- High standards of quality and craftsmanship
- A strong customer-focused mindset and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks
- Familiarity with Rolls-Royce models and variations (or the willingness to learn)
- English language skills (basic proficiency level required)
