We are looking for a **Composite Technician (M/F/d)** to be part of our research and development and works motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.

**Your tasks**:

- build car parts to highest standards, to the relevant set up parameters and build specification
- be involved in parts coordination, usage of comprehensive parts lists, usage of build-up sheets and required documentations to create solutions to composites issues
- comprising the complete manufacturing process using latest techniques from tool/pattern production, pre-preg laminating to final assembly fitting
- continuously improve already existing procedures and processes
- have previous experience working with composite materials and structures within a comparable high level environment
- have a good understanding of technical drawings and laminate manuals together with knowledge of composite laminating / assembly production processes
- show the ability to work under high pressure with a strong attention to details
