External Freelance Lecturer

**Your Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Business Faculty Team starting this summer semester 2025, who shares our vision of excellence in education and who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our students.

The teaching load comprises two modules, which should be held over two semesters via online. Each module has a workload of 6 SWS (4,5 hours per week) over 16 weeks. Teaching language is English.

To become a freelance lecturer at a university of applied sciences sharing your knowledge and passion with students from all over the world.

**The teaching content is about**:
**Module 1**: Customer Relationship Management
- Evolution of relationships with customers and the thinking behind customer relationships
- Customer Relationships: Basic Building Blocks of IDIC and trust and identifying customers
- Differentiating customers by their needs and interacting with customers: Customer Collaboration Strategy
- Customer Insight, Dialogue, and Social Media and Privacy and Customer Feedback
- Mass customization to build learning relationships
- Measuring the success of customer-based initiatives
- Using customer analytics to build the success of the customer-strategy enterprise
- Organizing and managing the profitable customer-strategy enterprise

**Modul 2**: Strategic Sales Management
- Introduction to Sales Management and the Sales Function and Multi-Sales Channels
- Leadership and the Sales Executive Ethics, the Law, and Sales Leadership
- Analyzing Customers and Markets: Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Leveraging Information Technologies
- Designing and organizing the Sales Force and recruiting and selecting the right sales-people
- Training and developing the Sales Force
- Sales Process Management: Supervising, managing, and leading sales-people individually and in teams
- Setting goals and managing the Sales Force’s performance and motivating and rewarding sales-people
- Turning customer information into knowledge and assessing the performance of the Sales Force and the people who comprise it
- How internal and external cultural forces affect a firm’s sale performance

**Additional tasks**:

- Preparation and evaluation of certificates of achievement

**Your profile**:

- Relevant professional experience
- Graduation with a Master degree at least
- Completed relevant university studies
- Teaching experience at universities
