**Position Overview**
Ready to take the lead in brand marketing? As our **Lead Brand Management** you'll be the driving force behind shaping and telling AutoScout24's brand story. At AutoScout24, you will oversee the direction and brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring the AutoScout24 brand resonates with consumers and aligns with our business goals and KPIs. You will collaborate closely with the Paid Media team to ensure that all campaigns align with the brand strategy, while the team handles bookings and media buying.
In this role, data plays a **critical role**. You'll combine **creative vision with strong analytical skills**, leveraging data and metrics to measure the impact of brand initiatives and refine strategies for optimal performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop and Execute Brand Strategy**: Lead the development and implementation of AutoScout24's brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- **Own and Enhance Brand Identity**: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity to ensure consistency and excellence across all channels.
- **Leadership Responsibility**:You will lead a Marketing Manager, support their skill development, and ensure effective collaboration.
- **Collaborate with Creative Agencies**: Manage agencies to produce premium video spots for TV streaming platforms and social media, maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- **Cross-Border Collaboration**: Work with country teams to ensure the brand is adapted to local markets while maintaining overall integrity.
- **Data-Driven Optimization**: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of brand initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and ensure measurable success.
- **Team Collaboration**: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Social Media, and Communications, to ensure brand consistency and seamless integration.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 5+ years of proven experience in brand management, brand identity, strategy and positioning. Ideally in a B2C environment with a strong digital presence.
- **Data-Driven Approach**: A combination of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to use data and metrics to measure brand impact and optimize strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluent proficiency in both English and German (written and verbal) to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Experience in the automotive, e-commerce, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
