**#About the Job**

We are looking for an intern / apprentice who will work closely with the Growth Manager to grow Ironhack’s visibility and business in the German market. You’ll generate qualified leads that will become students by creating and executing a growth strategy on several acquisition channels, with a focus on Social Media and Events.

**#Responsibilities**
- Regularly create compelling & engaging content tailored to each Social Media platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, MeetUp & Eventbrite), for both our German and global audiences
- Support the planning and execution of events, both virtual and in-person
- Understand social platforms and trends in real time to trigger new campaign ideas and proposals
- Write and send ad hoc and monthly newsletters to our community and leads, with curated content, to improve engagement and retention
- Stay up to date with social media, industry, and cultural trends.

**#Must haves**
- You have previous experience in a marketing, events or growth-related position
- You enjoy community building and love connecting people
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and highly valued in German
- Passionate about content creation
- Creative mindset with an eye for content creation and storytelling
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
