**Your Role**
We are looking for a Global Sales Specialist to join our EAME team. This is an indirect Sales position within Hyatt Sales Force (HSF) EAME/SWA and functions as support and creative executive for B2B Marketing and Sales Projects. In this position, you will directly contribute to the success of HSF and the value perception of Hyatt.
This role will report to the RVP Global Sales and will be based either in Mainz, Germany or London, England.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Understand and provide reports on measurable success metrics and key performance indicators while working closely with Business Analysts
- Design templates/presentations and manage the content for hotel presentation in order create a library to be used by the Hyatt Sales Force (HSF)
- Co-lead communication about Hyatt Sales Force (HSF) achievements via different channels
- Create regular and compelling newsletters ensuring that the content reflects newsworthy materials from our hotels and resorts relevant to the customer/business segment
- Support financial systems operations (i.e. office expense, event bill back etc)
- Assist with sales system clean ups and updates when needed
- Foresee, identify and resolve problems to create a more efficient working environment for Sales Managers / Directors and the RVP Global Sales, EAME
- Support Segment Leaders and RVP on adhoc projects
- Perform other reasonable duties as required for this position (i.e. Assisting the Sales team with production reports as well as creating a Quarterly Business Review template to be used by Directors and Managers for their customer meetings)
- Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a Sales and/or Marketing capacity
- University Degree in Sales, Marketing or Hospitality preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization
- Good presentation and excellent written communication skills
- Ability to use research tools and a fundamental Sales data understanding
- Interest and passion for the tourism and hospitality industry
- Great time management and ability to prioritize
- Good project management skills
- Superior Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills
- Strong English (both spoken/written) language skills are required, knowledge of any other language is a plus
