They steward the franchise hotels’ web presence.In partnership with the Digital team, they plan, activate, and optimize digital actions to implement, define clear measurement frameworks, and translate KPIs into insights that improve ROI. They enable hotel teams with practical social playbooks, training, and platform troubleshooting, and coordinate agencies and stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time, on brand, and within budget.Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with franchise hotel teams to define digital marketing strategies tailored to local markets while maintaining brand consistency. Recommend digital tools and platforms to enhance customer engagement and revenue generation.Website Management: Support franchisees in maintaining and updating their hotel websites, ensuring accurate content, promotions, and compliance with brand guidelines. Ensure franchise websites and digital assets adhere to brand standards.Online Advertising and Campaigns: Liaise with Digital team to support creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising Digital media campaigns. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.Social Media Management: Guide franchisees in developing and executing effective social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Provide training and resources for franchisees to manage their social media accounts effectively. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate franchisees on digital marketing best practices, tools, and trends. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for digital platforms.Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between the corporate digital marketing team and franchise owners.Translate complex analysis into crisp insights and recommendations tailored for hotel teams, owners, and senior leadership.The position responsibilities outlined above should not be construed as all encompassing.
