**About The Role**
We're seeking a **Head of Sales** for the DACH region to join us on our mission to build a borderless world. You'll play a key role in scaling our sales team by acquiring new logos to further accelerate our revenue growth. You'll be responsible for our core German market, manage a team of Account Executives, hire new team members, optimise and automate sales processes, and sustain high conversion rates across the DACH region. Your key responsibility will be to drive our revenue growth, whilst building up a high-performance sales team.
- You will:_
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan for our core market in the DACH region aimed at conquering new territories, expanding our customer base, and extending our global reach.
- Set and achieve sales targets and objectives, while identifying improvement areas, to push our revenue to the next level.
- Recruit and manage the DACH sales team, host regular 1:1s to share feedback, and develop personal development plans for each team member.
- Drive significant growth across the DACH market, and manage larger clients and contract negotiations until handover to account management.
- Evolve our sales strategy to improve the team's performance.
- Partner with Marketing to iteratively improve our product communication strategy.
- Participate in preparing and defining the long-term sales plan and the sales forecast, and propose solutions based on customer feedback.
**About You**
- You'll thrive in this role if you have:_
- 5+ years of experience in a senior sales position selling B2B software products across the DACH region, and a track record of stellar conversion rates.
- 2+ years of experience managing, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Built and scaled repeatable outbound sales processes, and set up winning Salesforce structures.
- Proficiency in B2B Sales KPIs and you use these to steer your team to success.
- Empathic people skills to sell to HR, and you develop unique sales strategies for different customer groups.
- A knack for closing 6 figure-deals with Enterprise clients, including knowledge of procurement processes, and data security assessments.
- Strong proficiency with market-leading sales tools & CRMs.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in German and English.
