In the course of internationalization into the English-speaking market, ideally beginning as of 01.04.25 we are looking for: Employee Customer Service / Customer Support (M/F/d)

**In this role, you will get to**
- Work in the customer service area: careful processing of primarily telephone and written customer enquiries in english
- Ensure customer satisfaction, service orientation, quality and efficiency
- Deal with objections and solution-oriented processing of complaints
- Data management and maintenance
- Stocking and processing orders
- Support the head of department in day-to-day business
- Liaison function between customers and internal departments

**We are looking for people who**
- Have completed your school education, ideally a commercial apprenticeship.
- Have a pleasant, friendly voice and ideally experience in customer service
- Are precise, conscientious and goal-oriented in your work
- Have the ability to enthuse customers on the phone about products and act in a customer-friendly, level-headed and confident manner when dealing with complaints
- Strong service orientation and quality awareness
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Online affinity
- Have a pronounced service mentality
- English at a native-speaker level, both written and spoken
- A high level of comprehension and willingness to explore new fields of work and tasks

**Plusses**:

- Ideally, you have a very good command of written and spoken German
