Wir suchen ab sofort einen Customer Service Specialist (M/F/d) zur Verstärkung des Customer Service Team am Standort Düsseldorf.

**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:
Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen im SAP-System und SalesForce
Komplette Auftragsabwicklung, inklusive Angebotslegung und -verfolgung sowie Rechnungslegung und -verfolgung
Technische und kaufmännische Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Reklamationen
Kommunikation mit den Factories und den Kunden
Planung und kaufmännische Bearbeitung der Service-Aufträge unserer Techniker
**Ihr Profil**:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. Industriekauffrau/Industriekaufmann
Erste einschlägige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst wünschenswert
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP und Salesforce sind ein Plus
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für eine reibungslose Kommunikation in einem globalen Konzern
