Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Düsseldorf suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (w/m/d) Aufgabengebiet - Betreuung der Bestandskunden Field Lifestyle & Performance im Deutschen und BeNeLux Markt - Auftragsannahme und -abwicklung - Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung - Einhaltung von kundenspezifischen Anlieferbedingungen (termingerechte Avisierungen & VAS Vorschriften, etc.) - Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Finance, Marketing und Logistics - Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Retouren - Orderbuch-Management Anforderungsprofil - Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium BWL oder Sportmanagement - Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst von Vorteil - Erfahrungen im Bereich der Key Account Betreuung von Vorteil - Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse - insbesondere Excel - Sichere Englischkenntnisse, Niederländisch
