**Quality Assistant (m/w/d)**
- Raum Hannover

Ihre Aufgaben
- Allgemeine Kundenbetreuung im Seriengeschäft
- Interne und externe Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Erfolgsüberwachung, Dokumentation und Terminverfolgung (8D-Report)
- Koordination von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Schnittstellen
- Präventive Qualitätsarbeit in der Produktion
- Übernahme und Pflege des Control Plans inklusive Wareneingangsprüfungen, Prozessprüfungen und Requalifikationsprüfung
- Unterstützung bei Prozessaudits und Umsetzung der Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Technische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement der Automobilindustrie
- Kenntnisse angewandter Normen (ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, IATF 16949)
- Methodenkenntnisse aus dem Qualitätsmanagement (Ishikawa, 5 Why, Pareto, FMEA, 8-D Report) und Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
- Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
