**What you’ll do**
- You enable the team to regularly reflect and adapt in order to improve the team performance by facilitating iteration team events (e.g. Sprint Planning, Daily, Review) and preparing the iteration team events together with the PO and the team
- In doing so, you'll contribute that the iterative approach is understood and used
- You'll protect the team productivity by eliminating & preventing disturbances and by escalating impediments of the team
- Additionally, you'll coach and advise the team on the Agile principles & methodology and you'll (if needed) conduct agile coaching session with team members
- You'll mediate the communication with other teams within the ART

**What you’ll bring**
- You've successfully completed a university degree or comparable qualifications, as well you've 2-4 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You've already been able to successfully complete individual projects (waterfall, agile, or mixed) and agile transformations and bring a solid basic knowledge of the various agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
- You've already completed at least one initial training on the SAFe methodology (e.g. Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe Scrum Master) and you've experience with using agile tools (Jira / Confluence) in a digital team collaboration
- You describe your way of working as solution-oriented and working under pressure is a matter of course for you
- Thinking outside the box comes naturally to you and you describe yourself as proactive and practical, with a focus on problem solving
- You enjoy working with people and have experience in motivating a team, pushing them forward and encouraging them to perform at their best
- You are used to presenting and leading discussions independently
- Good English skills round off your profile
