**Job Description**:
The** Platforms Key Account Executive role** is an **individual contributor role **with a direct reporting line towards our **Regional Sales Manager.**

Your aim is to sell a subset of products or services directly to prospective and existing **Platform customers**.

This role will give you the opportunity to work with a broad range of Platforms and help them realize their revenue potential. In addition to working within your designated territory, we’ll count on your active involvement to support projects across the Europe region.
- Execute your regional sales activities in based on our Infobip’s Global Platforms Go-To-Market plan;
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale;
- Own the end-to-end relationship for both new and existing customers;
- Manage and contribute to the sales forecasting process, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning;
- Expand the footprint within customers’ accounts to add further value;
- Support the detection of white space opportunities to transition them into revenue;
- Work closely with our Global Platforms Team to align on key initiatives, input on new of growth opportunities, and provide regional updates on market strategy;
- Collaborate and coordinate with our Customer Services teams (Professional Services, Customer Support & Customer Success) to provide service delivery of our cutting-edge product suite;
- Work closely with our Customer Success Team to develop account plans and customer journey mapping, with the aim of increasing the value of our offerings;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted partner to your customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- At least 5 years applicable experience including a strong sales experience with Platforms as customer type;
- Experience in working with B2B2C Platform customers from different verticals would be advantageous (e.g. MarTech, eCommerce, Healthcare, Enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM, etc.), Fintech, etc.;
- Successful sales track record;
- You speak fluently to clients, partners, and colleagues alike and have great command of English and German;
- Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts;
- Interaction with C level players;
- Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills;
- Ability to present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence;
- Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality;
- You take consultative and creative approach to attend to clients’ needs (even if they are sometimes not aware of those needs);
- You have a flexible personality.
