Working closely with the School Director and senior leadership team, you will:
Lead teaching and learning across the school, ensuring consistent quality and innovation in classroom practice.Provide pastoral oversight, nurturing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students.Take responsibility for three strategic priorities:
NEASC Accreditation - leading the school’s upcoming accreditation process.Staff Appraisal Model - embedding a culture of professional growth and accountability.Teaching & Learning Excellence - driving continuous improvement across all divisions of the school.This is a senior leadership appointment with scope for significant professional growth.About YouWe are looking for a School focussed, collaborative leader with a strong track record of success in international education.
