**People & Organizational Development Partner (M/F/d)**:
**About PTV Logistics**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- You define & execute People & Organizational related strategy, policies, and guidelines, in accordance with superior policies and standard regulations globally.
- Therefore, you partner closely with our people to understand business requirements and deliver measurable value through our P&O portfolio.
- You ensure design and implementation of technical and organizational development infrastructure and processes for effective international people development management.
- You collaborate with internal and external partners on implementation of P&O activities.
- Additionally, you also ensure continuous analyses and investigation for the necessity of development programs and foster respective collaboration with the business organization.
- Furthermore, you initiate, coordinate, and oversee the completion of global initiatives (Talent, L&D, Culture etc.).
- You support development programs and provide appropriate advice to regional accountable and local P&O organization.
- You monitor effectiveness of development programs, respective contract agreements, and provide continuous reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Moreover, you also define innovative learning environment, e.g. regarding leadership trainings, etc.

**Your profile**:

- You have a degree in Business Administration or similar, focusing on P&O or related majors and bring relevant, hands-on professional experience.
- You have a track record of initiatives and projects in the P&O space and experiences in a strategic and global environment.
- You gained Project Management experience in international, customer-focused organizations of comparable scale and complexity. You bring excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
- You are “business curious”, with an outward-facing mind-set and a clear interest in understanding and anticipating business demands.
- You are an enthusiastic, courageous, and reliable character with strong influencing skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships.
- You are motivated and can effectively navigate across different organizational boundaries and work in a global team environment.
- Fluency in English & German is a must, additional language skills would be a plus.
