If you are interested in working on processes to create value for our internal and external stakholders then take a further look here.** **Service NCE>Onshore Operations>Business Planning & Development** We, Operation Development, are a team of interdisciplinary experts who act as regional Service partner for the Vestas Service Onshore Central organisation, with the objectives to drive continuous improvement and support the execution of the Service strategy. This includes co-developing and ensuring the use of best practice methods and processes, overall standards, performance management and steering the portfolio of improvement initiatives. Currently we are looking to extend our highly motivated Team to support our subregions Germany, Multibrand and Benelux. **Responsibilities** - Train, roll-out, and advocate for global/NCE processes in the Subregions/Service Areas of Service Central - Take key role in the LEAP project and Salesforce roll-out/Hypercare phase for Service Central - 1st level support for operational and system topics in Service operations - Continuous improvement of processes and work instructions for Service operations - Initiate and support the creation and publication of processes in the Vestas Process Portal (VPP) - PPI tracking and related action setting and tracking for the Subregions/Service Areas - Bridging between process stakeholders such as NCE Process Consultants, Salesforce Super Users, and Back Offices in the Service Areas - Support NCE/regional projects (tools, apps, processes) **Qualificarions** - Completed commercial or technical education (e.g., Industrial Clerk or equivalent) - 3+ years of work experience in a process environment and/or matrix organization - Very good SAP and/or Salesforce knowledge **Competencies** - Strong process management skills - Ability to communicate in a clear and structured way, both written and verbally - Strong (internal) customer focus - Willingness to dive into process and system details - Positive team-oriented person **We offer** the great opportunity of joining a dedicated and high-paced team within a global environment.
