For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**People & Culture Business Process Expert (M/F/d)**

Your new job includes
- As a People & Culture Business Process Expert (M/F/d), you will ensure efficient, standardized and integrative processes in a cross-sector and global context. In your role, you will be responsible for safeguarding and promoting process knowledge through the optimal use of training, support and monitoring procedures as well as the methods and tools used in the company.
In particular, you will- identify process disruptions, derive improvement measures and initiate solutions
- provide cross-departmental support and advice on procedural workflows and the localization of processes with the aim of optimizing and automating workflows
- develop solution scenarios based on the technical requirements for process changes, systems and functions for new and further developments and accelerate implementation in collaboration with the specialist departments and IT
- take on the technical management of requirements managers, process specialists and key users
- be responsible for the development and provision of training materials including the associated documentation in a suitable format
- define, coordinate and approve tests with the process specialists and key users involved and the key users involved in order to monitor and evaluate their success

What you should bring along
- Completed studies with a focus on business administration or comparable training with more than 5 years of professional experience in a project and digital & people experience environment, preferably in retail
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills paired with a strong understanding of numbers
- Strong communication skills in German and English as well as presentation skills to influence and negotiate with various stakeholders
- Confident MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and experience in the SAP environment, ideally with a focus on HR, as well as in using Jira and Confluence
- Sound experience in a process-related environment (process development, modeling, documentation, simulation, implementation, optimization) with several years of experience in project collaboration and management
- Strong technical experience and knowledge of People & Culture
