Working Student: Project Office

**Expand your horizons**: You prepare and follow-up meetings and workshops including the creation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel files
- **Take responsibility**: You take over various tasks to support our Head of Global Customer Logistics Management
- **Convince with words**: You support internal and external communication as well as our intranet appearance
- **Study field**: You are currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar (ideally with focus/interest in Supply Chain)
- **Skills**: You possess an advanced knowledge and feel comfortable in PowerPoint and Excel
- **Way of working**: You enjoy organizing, creating PowerPoint presentations and know how to express yourself; you are used to working on several topics at the same time
- **Personality**: You are an open-minded and motivated person; you like to work in very diverse teams where everyone speaks English
- **Language skills**: You have good English skills, German is a plus
- **Availability**:You are interested in working in this position for more than 6 months and are available minimum 10 hours per week
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.

In our headquarters in Neubiberg near Munich, more than 6000 employees are working in research & development, several central functions, IT and many more.
