As part of the Business Intelligence & Big Data department within Allianz Technology, the CTA - ‘Catastrophic Target Architecture’ program aims to improve globally, at Allianz, the underwriting (including pricing & risk assessment at the point-of-sale), portfolio steering (white and hot spots analytics) and portfolio modelling capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support with Project Management Office organization
- Support on defining internal processes, creating and updating org. charts
- Support Project Mangers with monthly reports, billing and ad hock tasks
- Support on steering project, creating and updating project time line
- Support with presentation for Project Managers and Senior Executives
- Supporting on internal marketing and internal communication
- Facilitating workshop and management meetings

**Key Requirements**
- Student of Business Administration, IT, Finance, Business Informatics or similar degree
- Excellent English in speech and writing
- Very good skills in MS Office
- Very good communication skills
- Self-organized and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and eagerness to learn
- Experience in international financial operations / controlling is a plus
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Experience with agile environments and knowledge of agile processes is a plus
- **You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months
- part time (16-20 h/week)**
