Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Foil Resistors division

Tasks
- Customer point of contact for all questions with support for guidelines concerning price lists, quotation, part number validation etc.
- Order (entry and change) primary function with implementation of delivery for product and pricing fully validated.
- Coordinates all customer complaints including requests for RMA (Return merchandise authorization) to replace as warranted.
- Handle RFQ (request for quote) process timely with full supporting documents for review by business and make complete approved offers. Follow-up on all opportunities and routine reporting with closure.
- New material requests coordinated for set-up and implementation for ordering and quoting including material master and customer material information records.
- Weekly backlog review of customer business with emphasis on supervision of purchase orders until delivered, including all needed special arrangements.
- Follow-up FAE activities
- customer visits/samples. Support FAE administratively and search for new customers to visit.
- Communicates critical customer information/requirements to business units.
- Optional customer visits/public exhibitions if agreed to by all parties.
- Creating and maintaining customer accounts and contact lists.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role
- MS Office products-basic office intermediate level experience is required.
- Experience working with a ERP and CRM system
- English and German language (spoken and written)
- Ability to work on deadlines, multi-task, prioritize effectively, communicate strategic information effectively and contribute to maintaining control and growth of the business.
