**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**German speaking Customer Service Team Leader**
**Salary: up to €51,000 pa (DOE)**
**Location: Heilbronn, Germany**

**Main Duties**:
To supervise the Customer Service team as well as to provide support to the Engineering and Sales Team while ensuring excellent level of customer service is maintained

**The Role**:

- To deal with enquiries and process orders in the system as well as raising invoices as needed
- To respond to customer queries relating to stock availability, quotations, delivery etc. and deal with issues accordingly in a timely manner
- To manage return process and resolve any issues related to orders
- To support Sales and Engineering Team with administration
- Be a pro-active contact with existing and potential customers taking ownership of issues raised providing solutions
- To keep accurate records and maintain customer database
- To deal with general administrative duties
- To Develop and supervise the customer service team as well as being the link between departments
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure the Customer service team is run efficiently
- Produce reports and attend meetings as needed

**CANDIDATE'S PROFILE**
- **Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) essential**:

- **Customer Service experience within Manufacturing Company ( B2B) required**:

- **Knowledge of ERP / CRM systems necessary**:

- Strong IT skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to work as a team
- Ability to prioritise, high attention to detail and good communication skills

**SALARY**

**Up to €51,000 pa (DOE)**
