**International Customer Support (*)**:
**Your responsibilities**:
- Customer care and direct contact person to our main C&I Key Account
- Administrative support to our Key Account Manager of one of our main C&I customers operating in a number of European countries
- Support data maintenance within our system ista|care (sites addresses, meter details, agreed energy contracts, documents, update of query tickets)
- Assist and coordinate all energy-data related questions and incoming requests
- Ensure the timely publication and distribution of the customers’ internal energy market communication
- Assist and understand the issues across the relevant countries and estates
- Support account development and cross-selling of ista capabilities
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvements of partnership between ista and key accounts
- Support on other ista Key Account or project-related tasks
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience or training
- Ideally working experience in a customer service/customer support role or in the energy industry/commercial environment
- Desirably (basic) energy knowledge - alternatively the interest to dig deeper into energy topics through training provided by ista
- Independent, motivated work style and strong can-do attitude
- Great communication skills at all levels as well as high coordination skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Friendly nature combined with a distinctive customer-oriented mindset and consultancy skills
- Fluent in German and English (professional level, both spoken and written), French would be a plus - but not expected
- Good MS-Office and IT-skills
