With that in mind, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Customer Analytics and Segmentation to join our mission

**Your tasks**:

- Lead segmentation strategy: work together with marketing, consumer insight and brand strategy to develop and roll out segmentation and digital audience strategy.
- Drive development and usage of advanced segmentation across paid, and owned channels to improve marketing efficiency and loyalty.
- Support choosing CDP, DMP, personalization tools and other related customer technology platforms, and help marketing team to execute targeted campaigns across all digital properties.
- Analyze and integrate customer behavior across all touchpoints to develop cross channel communication strategy.
- Create 360 customer data model and Drive personalization across all communication channels using advanced consumer segmentation.
- Scope, build and analyze test-and-learn campaigns to incrementally improve customer experience.

**Who you are**:

- 7+ years working in CRM analytics, digital marketing analytics, expertise across data and marketing technology, personalization and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in advertising technology and related platforms, primarily around CDPs, DMPs, DSPs, and Ad Servers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Experience in driving business and customer use cases powered by data and technology.
- Experience with development of advanced segmentation using machine learning algorithms and incorporating models into owned and paid channels.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and predictive modeling.
