We are looking for a **(Senior) Tech Onboarding Specialist (all genders)** to join the **Onboarding Experience team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your main dish**:

- You are creating an amazing and inclusive New Starter experience by acting as a member of the Onboarding Experience team for Delivery Hero SE
- You design a Tech and Product department onboarding content and learning path to set up new software engineers and product managers for success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- You translate a complex business structure into digestible training content to form a cohesive onboarding program

**The ingredients you bring to the table**:

- You gained at least 3+ years of work experience in people operations, software engineering, or another comparable field
- You grasp complex technical concepts quickly and can explain them with ease
- You speak “tech” and “business” and can understand how a complex tech stack can impact and drive business growth
- You enjoy developing, facilitating, and leading training sessions
- You have a proven track record of improving the quality of content
- You have superior attention to detail
- You are fluent in English in both written and verbal communication (Turkish is a plus)
- You have a creative approach to problem-solving with a hands-on mentality
- You are able to collaborate with multiple business and technical stakeholders at various levels
