**What part will you play?**
- The activities will be the basis for defining sales structures and responsibilities for customers globally (sales hierarchy) as well as for sales performance management and CRM reporting
- In this role you will impact DI’s digital transformation in sales by driving global standardization and digitization of sales processes
- Additionally, you will write the concepts / user stories & the business tests and approvals for the implementation
- Aligning the tool requirements, implementation timeline, & upcoming changes with the IT partners (DI IT & corporate IT) and DI HQ process owners is also part of the tasks in a close alignment with the GMDM (Global Master Data Management; exCMD)

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- A bachelors' degree in Engineering, Information Science or Economics from reputable university or college
- Proven knowledge about data management technologies (frontend - backend, APIs)
- Superb communication skills to explain complex topics to business process owners and vice versa to IT partners in a structured and appropriate way
- Highly proficient in English, additional languages are highly appreciated
- Sophisticated presentation skill is essential
