**Summary**

The Data IT Project & Business Requirements Management with an architectural, strategic, and requirements focus, plays a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives related to Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) Standard 239 compliance. This role involves overseeing the architectural design, strategic planning, and requirement gathering aspects of BCBS 239 projects impacting SSBI.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for BCBS 239 compliance initiatives, considering architectural, strategic, and requirement aspects.
- Architectural Design: Collaborate with enterprise data architects, CDO office and technical teams to design data management architectures for SSBI that align with BCBS 239 principles and requirements.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure BCBS 239 projects are strategically aligned with the enterprise and SSBI's goals and regulatory compliance objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and milestones.
- Regulatory Reporting: Ensure that BCBS 239 compliance activities are accurately reported to regulatory authorities and internal audit teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Finance).
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of BCBS 239 principles, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of data management architectures and strategies.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
