**About the position**:
We are currently looking for a **People Operations Coordinator **to help us support our employees across the entire employee life cycle.

This is great chance to work in a highly collaborative role, providing support to the other members of the people and talent teams as we continue to grow. Without our operations, people and talent teams Klang would not be able to continue to meet our production goals You would play a role in our ability to launch our game.

As part of our People Operations Team you will be working as part of a larger People and Talent function. In this role, you will combine your skills to create a professional environment that empowers the team to do their best work. Starting with onboarding, you’ll support Klangers throughout their time at the company with administrative tasks.

**What you will do**:

- Provide Klangers administrative support and service to ensure and sustain a great employee experience
- Create employment contracts, amendments, reference letters, employment confirmations, and other HR-related documents
- Maintain and administer employee data in their files and in our HR tool (Personio)
- Work closely with our People Team to improve our processes and support on specific projects

**Who we think will be a great fit**:

- Experience in administrative roles
- Great organizational skills, and the ability to ensure the accuracy of highly detailed and confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and minimum B2 German language skills
- Good IT literacy, with a good working knowledge of Gmail, Calendar, Docs
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- You communicate effectively and warmly

**Bonus**:

- Experience with HRIS (preferably with Personio)
