Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Validierung der strategischen und operativen Unternehmensplanung für den Bereich Mobilfunk
- Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen einschließlich Modellierung und Nachhaltung sowie Soll-Ist-Abweichungsanalysen
- Finanzcontrolling: Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen, Budgetplanung und Investitionscontrolling
- Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Finanzprozesse und Reporting-Strukturen
- Erstellung von Risikoberichten, Sicherstellung interner Verrechnungen und Management relevanter Finanzverträge
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen aus Technik, Operations, Legal, Konzerncontrolling
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung hinsichtlich der betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerung des Unternehmens und der strategischen Entscheidungsfindung
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der fachlich und disziplinarisch unterstellten Mitarbeiter

Das wünschen wir uns
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt auf Finanzen, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzmanagement
- Einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Telekommunikationsbranche
- Exzellente Kenntnisse in Finanzprozessen und Tools, Abschlusserstellung und strategischer Planung
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und gelebte Führungsqualität
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
