Job Description
  • Identify high impact commercial and operational areas to be transitioned to GSC.
  • Define the transition vision, mission, and objectives for the addressed business domain(s)
  • Assess financial impact and create business cases for process migration and internalization
  • Engage effectively with Key Stakeholders
  • Work closely with local and global management teams to align and drive transition goals.
  • Design and execute change management, communication, and transition management plans.
  • Identify and drive process efficiency initiatives to deliver on the efficiency KPIs.
  • Ensure service delivery excellence and establish global best practices
  • Create and implement continuous improvement frameworks and KPI reporting.
  • Ensure internal skills and team development in respective areas.
Qualifications
  • Completed university degree in economics and 10 years + leadership experiences in international environment
  • Experience in leading global transformations and change-management and solid experience in offshoring operations
  • Commercial expertise and financial acumen
  • Strategic and holistic thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills towards senior leadership and executive level
  • Strong Customer and service orientation
  • Strong understanding of METROs strategy, operating model, and business domains
  • Building, guiding and developing international teams
