Then our position as a working student (M/F/d) in the HR department is just right for you During your work, you will be accompanied by experienced professionals and gain insights into all important areas of HR management.

**Your most important tasks will include**:

- Employee events: Assisting in the planning and organization of employee events and internal activities to strengthen the team.
- Administration: Preparing certificates, job references, and other documents for our employees.
- Onboarding and offboarding: Preparing for new hires and departures, assisting with onboarding events and training processes.
- Internal communication: Creating presentations, newsletters, and other materials to keep our employees up to date.

- You are currently studying hotel or tourism management and are looking to start a career in HR operations.
- You are keen to develop yourself further and learn new things every day.
- You are distinguished by your professional and communicative manner - whether in German or English.
