**YOUR MISSION**:

- In addition to the day-to-day business, you will gain insights into topics such as active sourcing and search engine optimization
- You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations and provide conceptual support for challenging HR projects
- You support the further development of the employer branding concept
- You are responsible for the development of suitable search strategies, research of suitable sourcing channels and job boards for the recruitment of new talents
- You are independently responsible for your projects and successfully implement them by the end of your internship

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You are currently studying economics, psychology or social sciences with a focus on human resources or a comparable field of study
- You ideally gained some experience in the field of HR, recruiting or personnel consulting through internships or working student positions
- You are enthusiastic about start-ups and human resources and want to get immersed in different tasks in recruiting and employer branding
- You work in a problem-solving and results-oriented manner and are characterized by an independent and structured way of working
- You are fluent in German and English
