**Wir suchen dich als: Legal Counsel (all genders) - Wirtschaftsjurist:in/Volljurist:in**

Location: Berlin

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du berätst und unterstützt mit Deiner juristischen Expertise unsere Teams aus allen Geschäftsbereichen bei rechtlichen Themen
- Mitgestaltung und Ausbau interner Prozesse und gemeinsame Bearbeitung umfangreicherer Projekte im Legal-Team
- Vertrags
- und Prozessmanagement und Dokumentation in den Bereichen Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit
- Prüfung, Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen mit international tätigen Kund:innen und Dienstleistenden
- Koordination der Beauftragung und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien und Dienstleistenden
- Thematische Schwerpunkte: Datenschutzrecht und IT-Recht, allgemeines Wirtschafts
- und Vertragsrecht, Wettbewerbs-, Urheber
- & Markenrecht

**Das bringst Du mit**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftsrecht oder Rechtswissenschaften
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit und Kenntnisse in bzw. Interesse an den weiteren genannten Schwerpunktbereichen; Erfahrung in der Prozessgestaltung und -optimierung
- 2-jährige juristische Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im digitalen Marketing
- oder Tech-Umfeld - als Wirtschaftsjurist:in oder (Syndikus-)Rechtsanwält:in
- Interesse und Spaß daran, Dich in den schnelllebigen Bereichen Digital Content Creation & AI, Digital Marketing und Data Privacy auf dem Stand der technischen und rechtlichen Entwicklung zu halten
- Eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Passion für Deinen Beruf und Lust auf spannende und abwechslungsreiche Arbeit in einer Digitalagentur und in einem motivierten Team
- Gutes Gespür für zielgruppen-adäquate Kommunikation im Umgang mit Kolleg:innen und sonstigen Ansprechpartner:innen
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
