**COOK**

**Responsibilities**
- Food Preparation: Being responsible for preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and measuring as required. To follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food preparation.
- Cooking Techniques: Be able to us various cooking techniques
- Recipe Execution: To follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure that dishes are prepared consistently and meet quality standards. Pay attention to detail regarding ingredient quantities, cooking times, and specific preparation methods.
- Plating and Presentation: Being responsible for plating and presenting dishes in an attractive and appealing manner. Garnish plates and ensure that each plate is visually appealing before it is served.
- Adherence to Standards and Guidelines: Cooks must adhere to the established standards, recipes, and guidelines set by the establishment. They should be familiar with cooking techniques, portion sizes, plating guidelines, and any dietary restrictions or special requests.

**Qualifications**
- Culinary education or similar is preferred.
- Sanitary food handling certificate is obligatory
- Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
- Proven experience working 2+ year as a cook.
- The ability to follow recipes.
- The ability to work in a team.
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Effective communication skills.
